Contract HR Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team on a contract basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in financial services or wanting to transition into an HR role.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to senior leaders and managers across the organisation.

You will be part of a collaborative HR team that provides global support and has genuine scope to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and plans.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for managers and employees.
  • Deliver quality hires, embed diversity and inclusion, support retention, and enable workforce planning.
  • Support succession planning, career development, and leadership capability building.
  • Assess and drive training needs, management development, and career pathways.
  • Foster a positive employee relations environment, anticipate issues, and advise managers.
  • Oversee appraisal processes and partner with compensation and benefits to deliver competitive packages.
Requirements
  • Strong HR Business Partnering experience (3+ years).
  • Financial services or international/matrix experience (desirable, not essential).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, consulting skills, and commercial acumen.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong project management skills.
