Commercial Support Officer

The role of Commercial Support Officer involves the provision of administrative support to a busy legal practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be highly motivated and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: To manage client relationships and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Bookkeeping and Account Entries: To ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for.
  • Contract Preparation: To prepare contracts and other legal documents in accordance with company procedures.
  • File Organisation: To maintain organized files and ensure that all relevant documentation is easily accessible.
  • Administrative Support: To provide general administrative support to the legal team as required.
