We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers whose needs are predominantly service-focused.

In this role, you will provide outstanding service to customers, helping us achieve our goals. You will accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures while providing a seamless and positive experience for customers.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • An Association of Professional Assessors (APA) qualification in Loans.
  • Experience of completing Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for business customers, with an understanding of Know Your Business (KYB) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
  • Ability to work at speed and deliver attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective planning and organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise own work to make sure that objectives are met within required timescales.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and to take personal responsibility for delivering accurate and high-quality output.
