Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Platform Customization Expert to join our team. As an expert in this field, you will play a crucial role in customizing and installing the Swiftqueue platform for our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients following the sale of Swiftqueue platform to collect data and other information required to customize software systems
  • Create a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of the customized Swiftqueue system
  • Communicate with clients throughout the customization process to obtain feedback and approval
  • Configure the platform based on clients' individual needs and specifications
  • Educate clients on how to use Swiftqueue and customized system features
  • Investigate challenges that arise for the customer when using the system and communicate with the appropriate teams to resolve any issues that arise
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or a related field
  • Jira and Zendesk experience (or similar)
  • Ability to use data management systems
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
