Cluster Revenue Manager Position

We are seeking a commercially astute, innovative and inspiring Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team.

About The Role:
  • The ideal candidate will drive revenue performance, develop winning pricing strategies, and identify new commercial opportunities to outperform the market.
  • Responsibilities include owning and delivering revenue strategies that hit and exceed targets across multiple hotels.
  • You will analyse booking pace, competitor activity, and market trends then take swift action to optimise performance.
  • Key responsibilities also include shaping pricing, distribution, and channel mix to maximise net revenue.
  • You will partner with General Managers, Directors of Sales and Marketing, and Reservations Managers to embed a strong revenue culture in every property.
