The role of Insurance Administrator is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team. As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a key part in supporting the Account Executives with all administration matters, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to Account Executives, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with Credit Control on finance issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
  • Prepare company daily post for collection, maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
  • Communicate updates on post arrears to stakeholders, promoting transparency and trust.
  • Adhere to Compliance policies, upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
  • Maintain effective diary management, ensuring customer, compliance, and quality purposes are met.

  • You possess the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are innovative and collaborative, with a flexible attitude and a drive for results.
  • You have a willingness to learn and develop, specifically working towards an insurance qualification over a specified period of time.
  • Prior experience in an administration role is desirable, while previous experience in the insurance industry is preferable but not essential.
