Automotive Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic automotive professional to join our team as a Parts Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders for car parts over the telephone and counter, upselling to increase invoice value, and building long-term rapport with local customers. You will also actively promote offers, discounts, and customer competitions, while limiting credits and returns by ordering and sending the right car parts first time.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be punctual, organised, and efficient whilst working towards deadlines. You will also need to be pro-active and enthusiastic when speaking with customers, demonstrate empathy towards customers, and possess excellent communication skills.
