Automation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Strategist to drive the quality and reliability of automation solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison across various functional areas to promote and support enterprise-wide test automation tools & initiatives
  • Act as a consulting partner to functional teams, identifying automation opportunities and guiding the implementation of scalable, sustainable test automation strategies
  • Collaborate with various functional areas and the Enterprise Test Automation team to bridge gaps and ensure effective automation solutions
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of Test Leads and Engineers to rapidly initiate and scale test automation efforts

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
