CQV Site Engineer Lead Role Overview

The position of CQV Site Engineer Lead is critical in ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers on-site throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Commissioning and Qualification (C&Q) strategies for specific projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Review and follow up on technical documentation to guarantee alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and CQV requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with assistance from client engineers and/or suppliers to minimize project delays.
  • Ensure site project execution adheres to company guidelines, departmental procedures, and safety standards.
  • Manage and coordinate contractors and vendors to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in commissioning and qualification activities for pharmaceutical facilities.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with direct liaison experience with the client and other key project functions.
  • Previous experience managing or leading a C&Q team to drive project success.
  • Strong knowledge of ISPE and ASTM E2500 guidelines.
