Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct organisational assessments to identify challenges and areas for improvement.
  • Align organisational design strategies with the company's long-term business goals.
  • Design and lead change management initiatives to support organisational evolution.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Support leadership in developing succession plans and career progression pathways.
  • Identify skills gaps and design training programmes to support employee development.
  • Review and improve performance management processes to align with company goals.
  • Implement employee engagement and retention strategies to drive long-term success.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, proven experience in organisational design, HR, or HR consulting, and strong background in stakeholder engagement, change management, and talent development.
