Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving multiple complex cost-saving projects across functional areas and/or industries.

You will work closely with senior clients to develop and execute strategies for value creation, providing dedicated support to different types of engagements, including value creation diagnostics, validation, planning, and tracking delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include advising senior clients on developing and executing strategies for value creation, conducting quantitative analysis on financial and operational data to identify value creation opportunities, and developing and executing comprehensive value creation strategies that align with client financial goals and operational needs.

In addition, you will stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in cost management and operational efficiency, lead blended project teams comprising colleagues from our strategy and transactions practice, and contribute to the management of complex engagements, including commercials, resourcing, and risk.

You will also support the development and growth of our business, actively engaging with delivery of pitches and presentations to senior clients, and act as a role model and support the development of team members, coupled with recruitment and training responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good team player, adept at building strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize practical and implementable yet high-value solutions
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of delivering high-quality reports and presentations
  • Experience of leading large, complex, global delivery programmes
  • Strong team leadership skills, particularly teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, coupled with the ability to manage and develop juniors
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Be familiar working in a large-scale consulting environment or industry role where you can demonstrate the ability to perform and summarise analysis into management insights and recommended actions at pace
