Operations Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead our team and drive efficiency in our operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing people, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements.

  • Analyze and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity levels.
  • Oversee projects to streamline processes and improve customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardize shift practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  1. Education: A degree is required.
  2. People Management Experience: Relevant experience in managing teams is essential.
  3. Communication Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language.
  4. Data Analysis: Ability to use data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
About the Team

Our team is responsible for handling 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We focus on creating a smooth delivery experience for customers and rolling out global delivery solutions.

We have two main areas: 'under the roof' associates who process products for dispatch, and 'on the road' personnel who work with Amazon Flex - a network of delivery contractors. We strive to continuously improve customer experience and reduce our carbon footprint.
