Senior Manager of Operational Excellence

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in delivering high-impact projects that drive operational efficiency and cost savings.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and developing and implementing strategies to improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale transformation programs, including process redesign, technology implementation, and change management
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational excellence, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and process standardization
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, consulting, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and achieving significant results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
