Duty Manager - Operations Excellence

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead our hotel's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and excellence in customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational aspects of the hotel, maintaining high standards of health and safety, security, and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to drive customer-centric initiatives and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Proactively resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or F&B Supervisor (at least 1 year).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
