Hotel Operations Manager

This stylish hotel in a picturesque location is a popular wedding venue. We seek an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, focusing on the Bar and Club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager with overall planning, organisation, and control of all departments.
  • Attend weekly senior management meetings and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Ensure high standards are maintained through floor walks and inspections.
  • Effectively communicate with managers, supervisors, and staff.
  • Manage staff, providing training as needed.
  • Oversee float management and ensure procedures are followed.
  • Carry out regular room spot checks and respond to senior management requests.
  • Approve staff rotas and maintain a visible presence during busy periods.
  • Run functions, particularly weddings and VIP events.
  • Deal with guest complaints and emergencies in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Act as the hotel's Health & Safety Officer.

The ideal candidate will have three years' experience in a senior hotel role, be a total hotel expert, and demonstrate excellent service standards and a genuine guest-focused approach.
