Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team. As a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for developing and migrating solutions using Power Platform.

  • Work with the Project Manager to plan development and migration from start to completion, focusing on efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requirements and documentation.
  • Develop new sites from captured requirements approved by business owners.
  • Devising effective solutions meeting requirements while meeting business expectations in UX, performance, etc.
  • Provide expert knowledge to the team of existing SharePoint Migration SMEs and Developers.
  • Independently work on bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and automation in the end-to-end SharePoint Migration process.
  • Unit testing and supporting User Acceptance testing.
  • Document site development and creation for IT Operations to support site maintenance.
  • Provide clear communication to Project and Programme Managers on status and challenges with site migrations.
Requirements
  • Advanced experience in Power Platform with at least 5 years' experience demonstrating expertise.
  • Proven experience with Sharegate or AvePoint for migration.
  • Deep understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, including modern sites, hubs, communication, and team sites, and subsites.
  • Ability to use scripting (e.g., PowerShell) for administrative tasks and automation.
