Job Overview

The Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, sales and profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Support the management team by overseeing personnel, product and merchandising functions, business processes and results for the store.
  • Participate in regular management meetings and staff briefings.
  • Effectively communicate marketing and sales strategies to staff.
  • Drive sales growth and exceed store targets through motivating the team to achieve these goals, while providing customers with an outstanding store experience.
  • Foster a positive store environment by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute business strategies and ensure consistent training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
  • Achieve company standards/goals for personal sales results: sales vs budgets, sales per hour and units per transaction.
  • Perform manager-on-duty duties, manage store opening/closing procedures and maintain the sales floor.
  • Emphasize the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure staff accountability for building repeat customer loyalty by providing every customer with unparalleled spirited service.
