This senior implementation position presents a unique chance to step into a client-facing role with autonomy and leadership scope, while embracing a healthier work-life balance.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work from home two days a month as part of our hybrid team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations: discovery, design, configuration, data migration, UAT, go-live.
  • Configure ERP/Finance systems, build data maps, and manage integrations.
  • Troubleshoot APIs and use SQL for analysis/data work.
  • Deliver training and confidently handle stakeholders (often Finance/AP).
  • Mentor less experienced consultants in your delivery pod.
Key Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience delivering complex, integration-heavy implementations.
  • Strong client-facing skills, able to 'own the room' with senior stakeholders.
  • Technical competence: SQL (read/write) + API understanding.
  • ERP/Finance exposure: Sage Intacct, SAP, Net Suite, Sage, or similar.
  • Comfortable working US-aligned hours (10am-8pm or 12pm-10pm Irish time).
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Prior US client delivery experience.
  • Background in AP, Payroll, or HRIS systems.
  • Scale-up or fast-growth experience.
  • Track record of mentoring/leading junior consultants.

About The Role: As a senior implementation consultant, you will be responsible for leading full lifecycle implementations, configuring ERP/Finance systems, and managing integrations. You will also deliver training and mentor less experienced consultants.
