Civil Site Supervisor Role Overview

Are you a motivated and organized individual with experience in asphalt surfacing operations? Do you possess excellent leadership and communication skills, along with a strong knowledge of civil engineering practices?

As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily asphalt surfacing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and plant logistics to meet targets, conduct site inspections, set out works, and maintain progress records.

Our ideal candidate will have a qualification in civil engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. You will also have good knowledge of asphalt production, laying methods, and quality control, as well as up-to-date health and safety standards certification.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Site Supervisor who can lead our team and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Qualification in civil engineering or related field

  • Up-to-date health and safety standards certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
