Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to develop and execute business growth strategies within the Irish market. This role involves identifying and capturing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our innovative solutions as reliable and cost-efficient packaging options.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development of our air cargo cooling containers within the designated region.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, particularly manufacturers of temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals exporting and distributing their products globally by air.
  • Initiate and coordinate the qualification and validation of our air cargo cooling containers at pharmaceutical companies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the global pharmaceutical air cargo cool chain – shippers, forwarders, and airlines – to gather market intelligence and expand our container rentals.
  • Promote our air cargo cooling containers in the region as highly reliable and cost-efficient packaging solutions for the international airfreight cool chain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Strong interest in acquiring and developing business opportunities.
  • Several years of professional experience in sales and business development, preferably within international logistics, air cargo, or the pharmaceutical cool chain.
  • Ideally, experience with packaging solutions for temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals.
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
  • Interest in building and maintaining long-term relationships and in closing deals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • High level of independence in working style.
