We are seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Leader to spearhead our business expansion in Europe.
As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth in the energy and industrial markets.
You will build long-term relationships with key customers at both corporate and site facilities, originating sales opportunities and developing strategies for business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent market intelligence gathering skills, collaboration capabilities with cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the European business plan to deliver growth in the energy and industrial markets.
Build long-term strategic relationships with key customers to originate sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence to identify opportunities for sales growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the energy or industrial sectors.
Proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
Excellent market intelligence gathering skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
