Complaint Resolution Professional

As a Complaint Resolution Professional at Interactive Brokers Group, Inc., you will be responsible for handling client complaints in a fair and professional manner. This involves investigating issues, gathering information, and presenting resolutions that meet the needs of our clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need a solid understanding of financial regulations, particularly MIFID and Central Bank of Ireland requirements. Experience in futures, options, CFDs, and equities markets is also essential.
