We're seeking an experienced People & Culture Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our company culture and ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for developing and implementing people-centric strategies that align with our business objectives. You'll oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HR processes to drive business success
  • Oversee employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in our people processes
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and belonging
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Requirements
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in HR operations or HR management roles
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation, benefits, and payroll practices
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems with excellent data management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a passion for team development and mentoring
  • Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong ethical judgement, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional certification in Human Resources is preferred.
