Job Title: Motor Claims Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the performance of third-party administrators (TPAs) and outsourced claims partners across Europe.
- Monitor Service Level Agreement compliance and technical standards.
- Analyse claims trends and identify areas for cost or process improvements.
- Respond to complex technical queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare performance reports and drive follow-up action plans.
- Support new programme rollouts and claims insourcing initiatives.
- Contribute to internal policy and process development.
- CIP qualified (or grandfathered equivalent).
- 3+ years' motor claims experience (ideally including BI and/or litigation exposure).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident managing claims through to resolution independently.
- Experience working with TPAs or multi-jurisdictional claims teams.
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 4-5 times per year).
