Job Overview

As a strategic leader in consumer and shopper insights, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth across a portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate opportunities for growth across the portfolio, influencing annual business planning processes and prioritization strategies.
  • Collaborate with brand and cross-functional teams to create and execute compelling brand business plans, growth drivers, and creative briefs that prioritize consumer-centric initiatives.
  • Harness deep and differentiated insight through external curiosity and market effectiveness analysis, ensuring findings inform brand growth across campaigns and innovation efforts.
  • Translate brand strategies into actionable opportunities to win at the point of purchase, leveraging sound shopper insight to drive sales and growth.
  • Establish a dynamic consumer and shopper culture by continually bringing to life consumer motivations, on- and off-trade environments, and cultural context.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge or experience in FMCG is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in research, planning, or marketing roles, with a focus on strategic thinking and brand development.
  • Unbridled curiosity for understanding consumers, shoppers, and culture, enabling the crafting of powerful and actionable insights.
  • A persuasive communicator and skilled storyteller, able to influence senior stakeholders and land insight with impact through simple and compelling narratives.
  • Excellent storytelling skills and ability to bring people along the journey.
