Officer, Consumer Insights and Planning

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled officer to join our Consumer Insights and Planning team. As an officer, you will play a key role in championing human truth by delivering best-in-class insights for the tourism category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and direct qualitative and quantitative research analysis to uncover actionable business insights.
  • Develop and deliver insight-led reports and presentations aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Recommend relevant actions and solutions based on evidence-driven insights.
  • Evaluate external agency research outputs and contribute to findings with innovative thinking.
Requirements:
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team goals.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications:
  • A professional qualification in a related discipline (e.g. tourism, statistics, mathematics, economics, data science, market research, social sciences, or business analytics).
  • Minimum 4 years' research experience within a consumer-driven organisation or a research agency/supplier.
