Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Embryology Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in embryology, who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and advancing reproductive science.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing advanced embryology procedures, including ICSI and embryo biopsy, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior laboratory staff, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Maintaining rigorous quality control and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, upholding the highest standards of laboratory excellence.
  • Collaborating across departments to deliver outstanding patient outcomes, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Contributing to process improvements and validation of new laboratory technologies, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate records and participating in the Quality Management System, ensuring seamless data management and analysis.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an IVF laboratory, with a proven track record of success.
  • A recognised Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, such as biology or biochemistry.
  • ESHRE certification is highly desirable, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of IVF, including embryo biopsy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with quality management systems within the laboratory, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
