Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise on-site teams, including tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and to specifications.
  • Coordinate daily activities, liaising with project managers, engineers, and planners to keep projects on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Monitor work quality and compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulations.
  • Enforce health and safety guidelines, conduct risk assessments, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Order and allocate materials, tools, and equipment as needed, and monitor usage.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Foreperson on civil engineering projects, preferably within Ireland or the UK.

Key skills required include strong leadership and communication skills, a collaborative approach to team management, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
