Job Opportunity for HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our organization. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategy, driving outcomes in employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, compensation, culture, change management, and alignment with overall goals.


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at a global leader in IoT and connected transportation. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, goals, objectives, and projects in support of growth, people development, and increased engagement and retention.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute people strategy with designated business leaders
  • Work closely with senior leaders as coach and mentor
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and monitor career path plans for employees
  • Participate in performance management guidance to leadership
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legislative requirements related to day-to-day management of employees

Requirements:
  • 5-8 years experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: French, Portuguese, or Italian
  • Post secondary Diploma/degree specialization in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • Professional certification in Human Resources is an asset
