Business Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide strategic advice on HR matters.
  • Ensure timely handling of employee relations, adhering to cultural norms and existing procedures.
  • Implement the performance review process, ensuring all employees are trained, supported and counselled throughout the process.
  • Work with senior management to understand talent needs, liaising with the recruitment team as necessary.
  • Act as a point of contact for Commercial department staff regarding annual compensation planning, policy queries and exit interviews.
  • Support other HR team members in challenging situations, implementing changes in policies and procedures as required.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance staff engagement, create and implement incentive programmes.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • High level of HR business partnering and advisory/coaching experience, proficient in people management and programme delivery.
  • Proven track record in shaping and delivering HR initiatives/projects in a corporate environment.
  • Able to influence senior leaders, creating strong relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and representation skills, experienced in working with senior stakeholders.
  • Creative, innovative and highly motivated, with an enquiring mind.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and able to problem-solve complex issues.
  • Relevant third-level qualification is essential, with CIPD being advantageous.
