This Senior Human Resources Business Partner role plays a key part in shaping the people strategy for the Ireland region. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will support teams across Dublin, Belfast, and the Caribbean, working closely with senior leadership.

You will lead on employee relations and provide expert guidance on employment matters. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with stakeholders and leadership teams, driving performance management processes, and supporting graduate recruitment and onboarding.

  • Strategic partnerships: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Employee relations: Lead on employee relations and provide expert guidance on employment matters to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Performance management: Drive performance management processes to foster a high-performance culture, recognizing and rewarding excellent performance.
  • Talent acquisition: Support graduate recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent.
  • Training initiatives: Coordinate local training initiatives with the L&D team to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Employment legislation: Provide expert advice on Irish employment legislation to inform business decisions.
  • Leadership support: Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Talent review: Manage the local talent review process and succession planning to identify and develop future leaders.
  • Key metrics: Deliver key HR metrics and insights to inform business decisions and optimize resources.
  • Projects: Lead and support local and global HR projects to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
