Job Overview

The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in harmonizing the organization's HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and develop HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Promote HR best practices across the organization by implementing initiatives that support the development of people management capabilities.
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring all conduct and performance matters are handled in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
  • Provide guidance to managers on change management initiatives, ensuring all changes are implemented in compliance with employment legislation and company policy.
  • Review, update, and maintain HR content across various communication channels.
  • Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders and employees regarding HR questions, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
  • Produce standard and ad-hoc HR reports as required by stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role with experience managing disciplinary and grievance processes end-to-end.
  • Working knowledge of Irish Employment Law and HR policies & procedures.
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in HR or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
