Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our retail channel in Ireland. Your expertise in People Development will be instrumental in driving business outcomes and fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive People Development initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Create engaging learning programs that cater to diverse needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of development initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on People Development strategies aligned with company vision.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of development interventions, utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements.
Role-Specific Skills:
  1. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including networking, negotiation, influencing, collaboration, presentation, and written communication.
  2. Ability to engage with individuals at all levels, from entry-level staff to senior leaders.
  3. Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of influence.
  4. Experience in delivering impactful People Development programs and projects.
  5. Project management expertise in implementing People Development initiatives.
  6. Demonstrated personal development and growth, with a passion for continuous learning.
