We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining high-performing teams through coaching and training interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with General Managers and their leadership teams to develop and implement strategies that drive engagement and productivity.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with our culture and values.
  • Collaborate with our Regional Operations Director and General Managers to deliver a world-class people experience.
  • Lead or contribute to People projects in areas such as Government Directives, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager, with a proven track record of coaching Leaders and Managers, resolving problems, and influencing positive outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, making data-led decisions and driving change with kindness and clarity.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law in Ireland.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with professional certification such as CIPD (desired but not essential).
