Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our client's team for a 6-month contract. As the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, you will provide exceptional service and support, engaging with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to French-speaking clients.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and general information in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
