**Job Title:** Design Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Design Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our construction projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with our project managers and design teams to ensure that all design information is up-to-date and accurate. You will be responsible for coordinating and attending design meetings, tracking design releases, and maintaining records of design submissions.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and chair weekly design team meetings
  • Work with project managers to ensure design information aligns with project timelines
  • Track design releases and maintain records of design submissions
  • Attend design workshops with subcontractors and design teams
  • Compile and submit technical documentation
  • Update trackers for design submissions and RFIs

**Requirements:**

  • Suitable qualifications and experience as a Design Coordinator
  • Relevant third-level qualification
  • Experience working in main contracting or developer background (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
