Enterprise Sales Development Director

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Strategist to oversee the sales development process. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation and pipeline growth through effective strategy implementation and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales development strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales development team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Provide coaching, training, and continuous feedback to ensure team success and professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales development, lead generation, or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales development teams and exceeding lead generation targets.
- Strong understanding of fast-growing Enterprise SaaS Businesses and both high and low velocity sales.
