Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Support Specialist.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional support to our customers in the field.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving high-value problems efficiently, working closely with customers to install, maintain, and upgrade equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To resolve high-value problems efficiently, ensuring peak performance and delivering exceptional service.
  • Work closely with customers on-site to install, maintain, and upgrade equipment, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, technology).
  • Basic mechanical aptitude, with the ability to learn and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical challenges, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to use these tools to manage projects and data.
