Job Opportunity

The regulatory associate director will oversee the firm's compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulations in various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage regulatory compliance framework, focusing on audit-specific obligations
  • Act as expert on regulatory developments, advising leadership and business stakeholders
  • Coordinate firm-wide readiness for regulatory inspections and manage inspection process
  • Play key role in regulator interactions during inspections
  • Monitor, interpret and implement changes in regulatory requirements
  • Provide strategic input into business decisions, policy development and client delivery
  • Manage end-to-end regulatory filings
  • Maintain robust documentation for regulatory items and associated policies and procedures
  • Coach, train and guide stakeholders on best practices in regulatory matters

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current or prior experience in external or internal audit, quality and risk management
  • Strong knowledge of audit regulatory frameworks and standards
  • Proven ability to manage inspection preparation and communicate effectively with regulators
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise, coordinate and complete multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive audit or internal audit or quality and risk management experience
