Join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our food and beverage service team. As a Food and Beverage Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, handling orders efficiently and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all areas of the restaurant and bar are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Upsell and promote additional products and services to guests where possible.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
