Job Title: Engineering Project Manager

This role is a vital member of the engineering team, responsible for managing diverse projects and driving process improvements.

  • Managing project implementation, achieving goals on time while leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Preparing technical proposals, including budgets, for inclusion in site plans.
  • Driving technology transfer projects from other sites within the company.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 10 years' experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lead capital and/or high-profile projects that involve cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing project implementation and ensuring timely completion.
  2. Preparing and presenting technical proposals to stakeholders.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
