Event Service Director

We are seeking a results-driven leader to manage daily operations and deliver exceptional service in a high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities during functions, ensuring seamless communication with kitchen and F&B teams
- Manage inventory, beverage stock, and post-event billing processes efficiently
- Oversee cash handling, financial transactions, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead staff training and development, implementing standard operating procedures
- Manage rosters and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume hospitality or events
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Calm, solution-focused approach with ability to think critically
- Commitment to delivering consistently high standards and attention to detail
- Proactive, hands-on leadership style with passion for service excellence
- Dynamic, high-profile work setting
