Job Summary:

This pivotal role within the civil engineering industry involves providing essential administrative support to both office and site teams. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of daily operations by offering expert assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support office staff, site managers, and project teams in their day-to-day activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing systems in accordance with industry standards.
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of internal systems and administrative controls.
  • Liaise with site teams to collect and process project-related information efficiently.
  • Assist with general office duties and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role within the construction or engineering sector is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective working relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, coupled with a high level of attention to detail, are also required.
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
