This role plays a pivotal part in overseeing daily warehouse activities, leading a team of associates, and ensuring seamless communication between staff and management. The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with team members.
  • Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Managing day-to-day tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by prioritizing client orders and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Supervising and coordinating daily activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to meet productivity goals.
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting team members to achieve high performance standards.
  • Performing and overseeing inventory counts, assisting with cycle counts, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely data entry.
  • Collaborating with senior personnel to improve workflows and processes.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within a warehouse environment.
  • A strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety procedures.
