Warehouse Operations Manager

This is a key role within our warehouse operations team. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of our warehouse team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Your primary responsibilities will include supervising warehouse workers across various functions, ensuring workload is completed within agreed timeframes. You will lead the team and collaborate with colleagues in a positive manner, fostering a productive work environment.
- Supervise warehouse workers to ensure efficient task completion.
- Lead the team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals.
- Loading trucks and handling products with care to minimize damage or waste.
- Identify process improvements and share them with management.
- Ensure shift operations run smoothly and proactively delegate tasks.
- Schedule upcoming shifts effectively and plan weekly schedules for optimal efficiency.
- Facilitate effective picks and assist with loading as required.
- Support warehouse replenishment efforts as needed.
- Operate mobile equipment while adhering to safety regulations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as necessary.
About this Role:
This is a full-time position based on-site, requiring availability from Sunday to Thursday (4pm - 12am) and Sundays (5pm - 10pm). Forklift Licence is preferred for this role.
