To achieve this, the ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Insurance or Financial Services, with a focus on operational management or client service and policy administration.
- At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role, leading teams and reporting on performance.
- Managing operations business units is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
