
Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative assistant to provide close support to our Director.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in administration and organisation, with a minimum of 2-3 years of PA experience and excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the day-to-day administration duties of the department, including calls, updating the director's schedule, and emails
- Stock control and managing packing and shipping of lots
- Meeting clients on a regular basis and assisting with regular travel arrangements
- Taking care of the director's expenses and other personal administration
- Auction set ups, viewings, and events
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of PA experience with great administrative and organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Competent with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and InDesign would be a plus)
- Multitasking, proactive, capable of working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- People person with the ability to be professional and helpful with clients in person and on the phone
- Punctual and flexible with later work hours on occasion
- Available full-time on site with occasional paid weekend work for jewellery exhibitions and deadlines
- Capable of working independently at times when the director is on regular business trips
