Learning and Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Learning and Development Coordinator. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of our learning and development offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal training sessions, workshops, speaker series, and other learning events.
- Liaise with various internal partners on training setup and needs.
- Support presenters and facilitators by preparing materials and ensuring quality control.
- Deliver learning reports and manage course data.
- Administer learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and digital solutions.
- Support SharePoint/Confluence site creation and content management.
- Manage external learning opportunities and vendor relationships.
- Reconcile education/conference expenses and maintain the library.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Superior organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Exceptional detail orientation with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Experience working in an LMS is preferred.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
