Learning and Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Transformation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic learning and transformation plans aligned with client/organisational goals and best practices.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from concept through to implementation.
  • Provide support in all areas of organisational development; change management, culture, leadership/team effectiveness, and support for other strategic initiatives.
  • Design and customise learning and transformation programmes, workshops, and materials tailored to client needs.
  • Lead the development of project plans including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Create and maintain project governance, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion.
  • Incorporate innovative learning methodologies, technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • Implement programme evaluation frameworks to assess the impact and effectiveness of training and change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree and relevant professional experience; preferably prior consulting experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes.
  • Experience using relevant learning/L&D tools, templates, and change management methodologies.
  • Strong personal impact and resilience, able to influence clients and stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.
  • Able to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.
