Leadership and Learning Strategist
">Job Description:This is a key leadership role that requires the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic leadership and professional skill development solutions.
The successful candidate will work across business units and functions to support the journey of new hires and company graduates.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing strategies and programs that align with our clients' new joiners program.
Collaborate closely with the leadership team and subject-matter experts from various functions across the business.
Additional responsibilities include policy development, content creation for workshops, video recordings, and eLearning.
Maintenance of our current eLearning library, updating content as systems/processes are updated or added.
Working with employees to build their Personal Development Plans and identify training and development opportunities for them within the business.
Working as part of the team to support key projects and objectives.
Staying up to date with the latest trends and methodologies for learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Background in Policy Creation and Developing Programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution
- 7+ years of experience in Policy, Learning, Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Performance Management roles
